"Charming B&B with excellent service" Had heard lots of good things about this small Bed and Breakfast, we stayed here following an article written about it in The Times. It is based at the Salute end of the Grand Canal, near the Accademia bridge and the main room overlooks the Grand Canal and looks over a peaceful courtyard to the back of the property. The B&B is run by Arkadius, who was extremely helpful throughout both booking and our stay in Venice, and owned by Alejandro, who actually owns the Casa.  All in all, this was a fantastic place to stay in. It is not only highly central, but is also far more personal than any other hotel I have stayed in. Would definitely recommend the Casa to anyone wanting to go to Venice.

"Beyond Expectations" .Great location in the middle of everythng. Venice is expensive but for the size of the rooms and the view the value of the stay is a bargain -completely within reason. Owner and the delightful housekeeper made us feel incredibly welcome and met our every request. For example arranged a water taxi at airport, private tour for us and our little kids, found a wonderful babysitter so we could have dinner one night, got me a 110 V adaptor for our laptop and made restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was warm croissants and yummy jams served when we chose. Place was spotless and utterly quiet.
There is no better place to stay in Venice than this wonderful hotel

"A splendid surprise" My partner and I stayed here in March. The pleasant memories of our stay are still with me. My family lives close to Venice, but we decided to book a night in the City just for the immense pleasure of being able to stay overnight in this most magical of cities. Arkadius, the manager of the property, was extremely hospitable and helpful. He made us feel at home in giving us practical suggestions on where to eat and where to go. The location is ideal: only a few minutes walk from Saint Mark's Square and very close to the Accademia, one of the world's great art museums. Grazie!
